On 27th MARCH IT WILL BE EIGHT YEARS SINCE JEREMIAH WAS KILLED. STILL NO INVESTIGATION. WHAT IS THERE TO HIDE?


On the 22nd March I will travel to Berlin to see my criminal lawyers Serdar Kaya and Christian Noll who will submit final documents to the Court of Human Rights in which Germany stands accused of a violation of the most fundamental human right for not properly investigating the death of Jeremiah.

On the 27th March I will go to Wiesbaden and lay flowers at the spot where Jeremiah’s body was found beside the road outside Wiesbaden, only a short distance from the offices of the Lyndon LaRouche network.

We have a witness who has testified that Jeremiah was in these EIR offices shortly before his death and not in the flat of the head of Intelligence Mr and Mrs Appel. In addition two independently collaborated witness statements were presented before two High Court British Judges and this was read out in the open Court. This described how the bodyguard of Helga LaRouche stated that Jeremiah was the enemy and deserved to die. Also this suspect confessed to the witnesses that members of the LaRouche Organization abused, hit, attacked and hounded Jeremiah to his death.

The Prosecutor in Wiesbaden has been presented with these witness statements and when this suspect was asked by the Wiesbaden police to come into the police station to answer questions the LaRouche Leaders appointed a top lawyer who instructed this man to remain silent. That means the suspect may have something that could incriminate himself if he spoke. If he remains silent and if his close family remain silent then all of them bear a responsibility for covering up dangers. Those that do not speak out honestly put other lives at risk. I appeal again to all persons who have information to speak the truth. How many more young people will loose their lives or suffer greatly because those that have information prefer to remain silent.

For eight years I have pursued Justice and that legal battle will continue now in the European Court of Human Rights. It is clear from the way that the LaRouche leadership sent the people last with Jeremiah out of the country; it is clear from the way they refused to ever meet with me the mother of Jeremiah that they fear what it may expose. The LaRouche organization have published defamation and falsifications about me and my son and have never explained why Jeremiah was in a state of terror prior to his death.

" My son died in suspicious circumstances yet I have been treated in a most heartless and unjust manner.    I have asked the German Prosecutor to see me but not only does she refuse my request and that of my lawyers but she also refuses to investigate when we give new information.”

The Coroner Mr Andrew Walker instructed the British police Murder Squad to take up investigations in June 2010 but nothing has been done yet to gather the facts from Germany so as to hold a fair Inquest. Now it is both the German and the British who deny Justice by delaying a proper enquiry. I have learnt that if you want to brush something under the carpet you just ignore the rule of law, ignore human rights and ignore the family the right to know why a loved one died.

Will there be Justice for Jeremiah?

A MILESTONE HAS BEEN REACHED> AFTER SEVEN YEARS BRITAIN WILL LOOK AGAIN AT THE DEATH OF JEREMIAH.

THE OPENING OF THE DUGGAN INQUEST

HMS Coroner calls in British Police to take up the files and investigate.

On the 22 nd May 2010 the North London Coroner Mr Andrew Walker quashed the previous inquest and declared that a new Inquest into the death of Jeremiah Duggan should be opened. He declared that this clearly was a case where the British Criminal Police dealing with Murder and Manslaughter should receive the files and investigate.

This second Inquest follows a flawed first Inquest and is a result of our seven year battle to get an investigation into the sudden death of our only son, twenty two year old Jeremiah in March 2003.

In December 2009 The Attorney General of Britain wrote a personal letter to us apologising for the failures of the administration and stating that in the interest of Justice a fresh Inquest should be heard.

In Germany the case was closed early on the grounds that it was suicide and this justified not doing a full investigation. In the recent documentary the Wiesbaden Prosecutor Hartmut Ferse stated that the circumstances surrounding the death were of no concern to them even if he was chased or hunted down. It is not of concern to this Prosecutor whether or not Jeremiah was in a more vulnerable situation because of his being Jewish and British.
It has taken seven years of legal battles for the German State to return a view that the Wiesbaden police had no need to investigate as they considered there was no crime. Now the Prosecution offices make excuses its too long ago to investigate anyway. This is despite very strong allegations being made that Jeremiah was subjected to attack and that he was in the offices of the laRouche Executive Intelligence Review prior to his dead body being found along the road.

Article 2 protects Human Life and is the most fundamental right of the European Convention and carries with it the obligation for the State to investigate fully a sudden and unnatural death. It is thought that there has never been a case brought against Germany for an article 2 violation.
Article 2 the preservation of Human Life has special significance for Germany in view of what happened with the mass murders in the holocaust and the way millions of human lives were lost and the law did not protect them nor did it mean that any of those violent deaths were investigated at the time. The European Convention enshrined this right to protect life as the basis upon which all other rights are based .

Germany stands now accused of an article 2 violation and this alleged violation has gone off to the Court of Human Rights. In the background is a dangerous anti-Semitic Organization documented as having its European headquaters in Wiesbaden. It is from this base the EIR ( EXECUTIVE INTELLIGENCE REVIEW) associated with the convicted Fraudster Lyndon LaRouche and from its Printing Press Dinges and Frick that anti-Semitic conspiracy theories are spread worldwide.
Evidence can be supplied to show how State Departtments including the German Federal Police use the LaRouche Printing Press that is run by long established members of the LaRouche network. The German State Police established to protect their Constitution have never monitored the LaRouche Organization.

The LaRouche Organization deny involvement in the death of Jeremiah but continue to spread their anti-British conspiracy theories worldwide and weave Erica Duggan into their fantasies claiming she is a pawn used by their enemies as if she has no natural mother's desire to find out why a beloved son should die in such horrendous and unexplained circumstances. A witness statement exists to throw doubt on where Jeremiah was shortly before his death and suggest that he was in the offices of the EIR offices shortly before his body was found on the High Way. There is a cold heartlessness about the attitude of the authorities that use delay as an excuse to brush all unanswered questions under the carpet.

The latest news is that the Head of the Police in Wiesbaden /Frankfurt has been relieved of his duties as their are allegations of misconduct in public office. Allegations of connections with organised crime mean that until there is a full public enquiry we will not be certain of the facts involved.

For seven years Germany has shown a mysterious reluctance to investigate what they claim is a suicide by traffic crash and yet this delay is a means by which they can also deny Justice. CUTTING EDGE DOCUMENTARY: LOST ABROAD; A FAMILY’S STORY

This Documentary raises serious questions about the failure to investigate properly the suspicious deaths of British citizens abroad. It shows how families have to take it upon themselves to investigate the death of their children.


In the case of Jeremiah Duggan the threat to the Individual posed by the LaRouche organization and the failure of the authorities to deal properly with the harming of young people becomes clear. A young person dies and the German authorities immediately declare it suicide and are unwilling to investigate. Later the first British Inquest discounts suicide and states Jeremiah died in a state of terror.

The people who support the German authority's view not to investigate are the LaRouche organization and instead of exercising a duty of care with respect of their attendees they act with extreme suspicion - after Jeremiah's death they banish the people last with him out of the country and refuse to let the family speak to them. Then they spread disinformation about Jeremiah being a spy and a mental patient of the Tavistock clinic. In addition they publish through their Press outlets lies about Erica Duggan saying that she is working for a conspiracy which includes the Monarchy, Tony Blair and Mrs Cheney!


Their leader Lyndon LaRouche has concocted lies about how the Tavistock clinic in London breeds assassins. Poor Jeremiah was seen by these dangerous people as a spy and out to harm them. No one could be less of a harmful spy as all his friends will tell you. But we know that the leader of the LaRouche Organization is a a convicted felon and fraudster. 0ver the last 7 years people from all over the world have documented the harmful effect of this LaRouche Youth Movement on their children. The history of the violence intimidation and terror is extensively documented and yet the German authorities prefer to brush the whole thing under the carpet.

No one watching this film will not be dismayed to think that Germany allows such organizations to operate freely in their land. That it allows young people to be drafted into Germany from all over the world to attend their training camps. Germany allows the LaRouche Youth Movement and its wing the BUESO party that masquerades as a legitimate political party to incite hatred against the British and the Jews. Some people say the LaRouche Intelligence has connections with the German Military and some depts of the State and that over the years they have used their connections to secure their position. It is correct they sell Intelligence, have an interest in weapon research, have Press Agencies and operate without financial transparency but none of this is mentioned in the film for fear of litigation. Nevertheless the film shows you how the LaRouche organization treat the Duggan family and that raises serious concerns.

There is a scene in the film which shows how The LaRouche Press Agency : The Executive Intelligence Review pull down the shutters and refuse to speak to the Duggan family. There is a scene where an official from the Town Hall that was taken over by the LaRouche Organization in 2003 to hold their International Conference , rushes out into the street to forbid Erica Duggan from coming anywhere near their building.

Erica Duggan says: "Why does my presence give everyone a fright? What is really going on here?".

Then the German Prosecutor peers over a fence of files ( representing all the legal work that the Duggans submitted through the Courts in Germany - not representing any work of the German Prosecutors office as they have not opened investigations since they closed it at the time of Jeremiah's death.) and this Press Prosecutor states that the police had no need to investigate Jeremiah’s death as it was nobody’s fault except Jeremiah. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE TO THE BRITISH PUBLIC THAT THE GERMAN STATE SHOULD TREAT THE LIFE OF A YOUNG MAN WITH such cold inhumanity.

WHERE IS THEIR PROOF IT IS NO ONE’S FAULT IF THEY DO NOT INVESTIGATE? A Picture tells a thousand tales and these shots turn a shiver down the spine.

The question at the back of one's mind when watching this documentary is : Does it not matter in Germany if a young British Jew dies in unexplained circumstances while ensnared in the web of a destructive antisemitic political cult?

Seven long years in which the Duggan family have tried to do the impossible – do the work of the police and find out what happened to their son. Legal action in Germany has floundered. There remains an unwillingness to uncover what really happened. Was Jeremiah subjected to a sustained mental or physical attack or both?

This film deals with two families quest to achieve Justice. We see examples of the inhumanity of the authorities that stand bye and do nothing. What is it like to be in a foreign state trying to get a proper police investigation? What family would not want to know who and what killed their child?

This film puts the anguish of having to seek Justice in a foreign land under the spotlight. We watch as family members try to piece together what happened. The film succeeds in presenting a very shocking indictment of how the German authorities hide behind the law, use time wasting techniques and accept the words of members of a known anti-Semitic political cult rather than the words of the family and friends.

The British Courts have already denied the German Court’s assumption that Jeremiah’s death was suicide and yet the German Prosecutor speaks as if they have no legal duty to establish the circumstances surrounding a death. What is far worse is how for seven years they refuse to investigate fully and now they turn round and say it is too late. There are no time limitations on Justice.

Jeremiah was a positive young man and whatever happened to destroy him happened in Germany.

This film lifts the lid on many questions and we are left thinking of a great deal more: Were the people involved in the circumstances of Jeremiah’s death acting as conspirators to protect the interests of a dangerous anti-Semitic anti- British political cult that works as an Intelligence? Is it possible that through their connections over the years those at the top have forged powerful connections to State Departments, the Intelligence and the Military? Is this fact or fantasy? The lies published about Jeremiah and about his mother show clearly that this is a cult that has to alienate its members from the world outside. Will we know why the Manageress of the Schiller Institute had Jeremiah’s blood stained passport which was not found with the body? We still await the decision of the British High Court as to when there will be a new inquest and that is when we will have a public enquiry. The Documentary makes a strong case for there to be a full investigation as the questions it raises demand answers.

BRITISH ATTORNEY GENERAL SAYS SORRY TO FAMILY AND SUPPORTS A FULL INVESTIGATION

A FIRST STEP TOWARDS JUSTICE FOR JEREMIAH.

In the early hours of the morning in 2003 Jeremiah phoned us, frightened and begging to be rescued from danger and naming the LaRouche organization. I made a 999 call to the British police and asked for help. Meanwhile the German police decided it was suicide and closed investigations within the hour. Since then and almost seven years ago I have tried to get a full investigation. Now at last Baroness Scotland has offered her apologies for what she describes as administrative failures and has granted me the right to apply in the High Court for a fresh Inquest.
Why has it taken so long? What do I want to happen? What are the dangers for others?
In 2003 Dr Dolman held an inquest and discounted suicide . We welcomed this finding, mistakenly thinking that as the German authorities had closed the case saying it was suicide they would then have reason to investigate. Unknown to us THERE WERE EXCHANGES BETWEEN Dr Dolman AND the British Foreign Office (Documents released under Freedom of Information) in which Dr Dolman stated there were no issues that they need take up with the Germans. This meant both the British and the German authorities failed to grant our right to an investigations.

As a result I was forced to try to investigate the circumstances of my own son’s death. It has been shocking to find that in Germany there is an international Organization headed by a convicted Fraudster that continues to recruit and hold training schools for young people deceiving them with conspiracy theories that incite hatred against British and Jewish people. This organization is dangerous because they use sophisticated methods to mask, deceive and intimidate their followers. I still find it hard to accept that the German authorities who know about this political antisemitic cult foreclosed investigations into Jeremiah's death without any proper enquiry to examine the dangers.
Now I hope that we can get a High Court ruling which will ensure that there is a thorough and full investigation into the circumstances of the death of Jeremiah. This was our human right from March 2003

23 November 2009 JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.

On Monday 23 November 2009 the lawyers Leigh Day and Co. presented the strongest case yet with our compelling new evidence to the Attorney General asking for agreement for Erica Duggan’s request to apply for a fresh Inquest into the sudden death of her son Jeremiah in 2003 in Germany. One year ago Erica Duggan won her judicial review against the Attorney General’s decision to block her from gaining her right to have the investigation.

Erica Duggan said: “A year ago we won a landmark case against the Attorney General when the Judge in the High Court showed great concern over the “unusual features” of this case. This particularly referred to the meeting I had with Dr Shove who carried out the British post mortem. He told me that he made no record on the post mortem form that Jeremiah had been killed by being hit or run over by cars. He stated there had been no tyre marks or glass and indications of a death in this way.

In Germany they did not even listen to the doctor who wanted a post mortem and no doctor examined the injuries to establish if they were caused by being hit by a car. We have no legal witness statements. The clothes and shoes are destroyed. We know the last people with Jeremiah had his blood stained passport. We know they were part of an anti-Semitic anti-British Cult so for all these reasons it is the duty I feel of the British authorities to ensure that important questions are answered by the German authorities. All these years of struggle for an investigation raise the question “Do the Hessen authorities care about human life if they show no willingness to investigate the sudden and violent death of my son, who was a visitor to their country?”

Hugo Duggan stated: “ The British public show by their support how they want us to continue our fight for Justice. My son’s friends and other supporters held a wonderful Quiz night on Sunday Night at the Progressive Synagogue in North London and raised thousands of pounds to help us pay our German lawyers and now we can ask them to continue to use every legal means possible to get the investigation that is our human right.”

Rosie Dove a friend of Jeremiah, spoke at the event and said: “ We have not forgotten our friend Jerry and we do this for him just as he would have done it for us if we had died and no one cared to investigate what happened.”

Stephen Druce, Chairman of the JFJ Supporters Committee added: “ We will not stop knocking on doors because we know there is a danger out there and no one is safe until Jeremiah’s death is fully investigated.”

It is now nearly 6 years that the legal process was started in Germany. After all this time we go on waiting for the Constitutional Court to give their verdict as to whether or not Hessen failed in their duty to fully investigate according to the penal code of Germany.
