Investigations? Hardly any.  Falsifications. Denials. Cover up. 

  Not a day goes bye that I do not think of you and wonder what sort of young man you would have been.  Many of your friends are married now and have children. Many  have interesting lives and I know still remember you with deep affection.

Dearest Jerry - today we should have had a party for you but no more -  You fell among thieves and were robbed of your life.

I have tried my best to find out what happened. I have learnt many dreadful things about a  destructive political cult, headed in Germany by Helga Zepp LaRouche that for the last thirty years and more causes more harm than anyone can imagine. People have died since you died. Families have suffered since you were killed.  It is a huge hurt  how the German State continues to fail us.

I can well imagine why you were so  shocked to discover how deeply you were deceived and why you said over and over "I do not trust Lyndon LaRouche"  He is not to be trusted. He is a convicted fraudster in every single way. His deceptions have deprived many of their lives and sewn the seeds of hatred.  What right did he have to destroy you Jerry?  What right do the authorities in Germany have to fail to cover up the circumstances of your death? What right have the LaRouche people have to print lies about me and about you?

Today your sisters, your father and all your friends are without you.
There are still many of us who continue to fight for Justice and at last some important  ex cult members are breaking their silence and telling us the truth. I try my best to encourage people to give witness statements to the British Coroner who tries so hard to gather information. Only a handful have the courage to do this.

But Jerry there  are many wonderful individuals that have worked without reward or public acknowledgement to try and expose the dangers of the Lyndon LaRouche cult. I thank them all for their good and noble deeds. They have not forgotten you Jerry. Many have done these brave acts at a huge emotional cost.

It is because of the failure of the Hessen authorities to grant us  the human right to a proper investigation that we continue to dedicate ourselves to get Justice for you Jeremiah because we loved you for what you were:  A funny and charming young person who wanted to have a full and useful life.

SHAME on the STATE OF GERMANY that allows a cover up of your sudden deaths and allows the causes to go unexamined.

We wish you were here today Jeremiah. I would love to see your smile, to hear your voice and to wish you Happy Birthday, but most of all to say to you  Jerry none of us forget you. We remember  how much you loved life and how much you loved people and that makes us try to find inspiration in all that you were and even though we cannot give you a present we strive to make our lives good and useful ones  as that is exactly what you would want.

 Rest in peace  dearest  beloved Jeremiah.

I am a former Lym member from Europe. As a true believing republican I cannot tell you how saddened angry and disappointed at the sick and despicable behavior of Lyndon Larouche and his wife. The document written by youth members rings very true for what I myself experienced. Larouche paranoid schizophrenia has been allowed to ruin what could have been a great cause.

People should also be aware of the crimes that Helga Zepp-Larouche commits against members in the name of saving Africa and mankind from Armageddon:

1. The psychotropic drugging of young female members.
2. The bullying and blackmailing of members into psychiatric clinics.
3. The emotional and psychological blackmail of female members.
4. The constant and repeated demands for sexual love affairs from male members.
5. The bullying personally by Helga against female members who wish to study the ideas of the movement and not be trapped into doomed sexual realtionships with people who are actually supposed to be work colleagues and political comrades.

 JUSTICE FOR JEREMIAH welcomes people coming forward to tell the truth.
 Helga is described as saying that young people must be hit with the idea that the world is to  be destroyed by a thermal holocaust so that they will spend all their time working for her and raise money. Then the cult workers live in crowded conditions while the few chosen leaders enjoy horse riding and the luxury of comfortable flats and good food.  The cult workers work all hours for their Cult leaders and live off German State Funding. That means the German State is indirectly financing an international network that is a major source of anti-semitic and neofascist propaganda throughout the world. Also the German authorities refuse still to investigate new leads and information about the death of Jeremiah. Why? What are they afraid will be revealed?

NINE YEARS SINCE JERRY DIED ON THE 27th MARCH AND AT LAST WE HOPE WE ARE ONE STEP NEARER AN INVESTIGATION.
GERMAN PROSECUTOR STATES THE LAROUCHE ORGANIZATION IS A SECT USING PSYCHOLOGICAL METHODS.

On 22n Feb. 2012 The Hessen Senior Prosecutor declared in a legal document sent to Duggan's lawyers Saya Kaya and Christiona Noll that the LaRouche organization is a sect and that it is known to use psychological methods. As a result of this action on 7th March Erica Duggan travelled to Germany where her lawyers advised "this is a break-through and it is to be hoped that this will lead to a greater effort to investigate thoroughly the unexplained death of Jeremiah Duggan." This means that as well as the case already before the Court of Human Rights against the German State for a failure to investigate in the first instance there will also now be a second case taken through the Courts asking that the new evidence that raises fresh suspicions be considered.

There are witnesses who have exposed that Jeremiah may have been physically and/or mentally harmed. The consequence of this is that further legal action will be pursued by the Duggan's lawyers in Germany to uncover the suspicion that this was a crime of unlawful killing. The Inquest in the UK has been charged with holding a public enquiry into how Jeremiah died and this includes uncovering any dangers that still exist to threaten further lives. A sect that uses psychological methods on the individual raises alarm bells about the safety of the individual particularly important as Jeremiah died and his death remains unexplained.
