ATTORNEY GENERAL GIVES THE ANSWER THIS WEEK.

On the 11th December 2008 a letter was received by lawyers for Erica Duggan from the Attorney General in which the Attorney General proposed that she would reconsider her decision about granting us the right to proceed straight to the High Court to apply for a fresh Inquest. The Attorney General wishes to negotiate with our lawyers so that we will be able to receive all information received from Germany upon which she decided whether we could proceed to the next stage of applying for a fresh Inquest . Now the Attorney General will tell us if we can go straight to the High Court and get our fresh Inquest without having to battle it out with her and judicial review how she came to her decision to refuse us

WE DID WIN OUR CASE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ADMITTED SHE WAS WRONG AND IT IS JUST AND FAIR THAT HER DECISION IS OPEN FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW> THIS IS JUSTICE AND WE THANK THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR ADMITTING HER MISTAKE!

We now hope to go forwards as soon as possible to get a fresh inquest and use the Mutual Aid Treaties to get answers to the cause and circumstances surrounding the death of Jeremiah..
